| production method | 1.? Dry bismuth trioxide is mixed with 1/2 sodium peroxide and heated in air insulated from moisture and carbon dioxide. The reaction is complete. In the experiment, it is best to use a crucible made of fused magnesium oxide. 2. Dissolve reagent grade bismuth nitrate in dilute nitric acid solution. After filtering out the insoluble matter, add water and 30% industrial grade sodium hydroxide solution in turn until the solution is neutral to Congo red indicator. Then, 30% sodium hydroxide solution and sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution containing effective chlorine of not less than 70g/L are added in sequence to carry out oxidation reaction: the reaction needs to be heated to 95 ℃ and maintained for 1h.
